ABOUT THE ROLE
We are working on behalf of a leading UK retailer to recruit an experienced Sourcing Manager to join their commercial team based in North West London. This is a key role responsible for developing and delivering sourcing strategies across designated product categories, with a strong focus on cost optimisation, supplier performance, and supply chain resilience.
You will take ownership of reducing cost of goods (COGS), managing supplier negotiations, and identifying new sourcing opportunities to support margin targets and long-term category growth. The role involves close collaboration with category, supply chain, and supplier partners to drive efficiencies and deliver sustainable commercial outcomes.
